Gurudev Prediction is a skill-based prediction contest platform. Participants use their knowledge of financial markets, technical analysis, and historical data to predict expiry-day closing values of NIFTY 50 and BANKNIFTY indices. Winners are determined purely by accuracy of prediction, not by chance.

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Predictions are for entertainment and competition purposes only. Past contest results do not predict future market movements. Consult a SEBI-registered financial advisor for investment decisions.
No Guarantee of Winnings
Participation in contests does not guarantee any monetary return. Prize pools depend on the number of participants. The platform retains 10% of entry fees as an operational fee. Only one winner per contest receives the prize pool.
Regulatory Compliance
This platform operates under the legal framework applicable to skill-based games in India. Participation may be restricted or prohibited in certain states (e.g., Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim). Users are solely responsible for verifying the legality of participation in their jurisdiction.
Age Restriction
Participation is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you are legally of age in your jurisdiction.
Prize & Tax
Winners are responsible for reporting and paying applicable income taxes on winnings as per the Income Tax Act, 1961 (India). The platform may deduct TDS on winnings exceeding ₹10,000 as per applicable laws.
Platform Rights
Gurudev Prediction reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate any contest at its sole discretion. In case of technical errors or disputes, the platform's decision shall be final and binding.
Data Privacy
Your personal information (name, phone, email) is collected solely for the purpose of operating the contest platform. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
